Coro Katz 1948 Owl Brooch Description: A signed Coro Katz brooch, this was patented in 1948 with the number 149948. This particular pin was made before the patent was granted because it is signed patent pending. The gold tone setting has and owl with dark green and blue enamel wings and tail holding onto a flowering tree branch. His feet and eyes sockets are yellow enamel with a black nose. The eyes are two large 8 mm faceted emerald glass stones. The flowers on the branch are bright pink enamel. There is vintage wear to the enamel as may be expected. The eyes are bright and clear and the metal is immaculate. He measures 1-5/8 x 1-3/4 wide and is signed on the back. Item #: Cor001 Price: $89.00 |

Vintage Enamel & Rhinestone Brooch Description: The gilt setting for this Late Victorian early Edwardian era pin is gold wash over copper. The peacock is centered on the brooch and is surrounded by swirling branches. Raised gold tone beads are throughou t the body of this pin. The peacock tail is adorned with prong set green, pink and sapphire blue rhinestones. All stones appear original to the pin. Brooks Sterling Heron Brooch Description: This pretty sterling silver brooch depicts a heron and cat tail plant. The heron has nice detail in the wings and feathers. Mechanical Enamel Peacock on Sterling*SOLD* Description: This proud fellow has a sterling setting with a yellow enamel base. The eyes on his tail feathers are bright aqua blue with dark blue eyes. The brooch is hinged so his tail feathers drop and he can stand all by himself. I have seen identical brooches in aqua marked Siam, however this is marked Sterling, 925. Superb Enamel Rhinestone Parrot Brooch Description: This handsome fellow has a dimensional gold tone setting with pave set crystals on th e tip of his tail, feet, top of his wings and head. Bright red, green and blue cloisonne enamel accents his wings, neck and tail feathers. His eye is a red 3 mm cabochon and there is no visible wear to his enamel. Dating to the late 1940's, the stones are bright and sparkling and he measures 1-1/16 x 3-3/8 tall. A few pin point spots of wear to the metal on the inside back. Not signed but should be. | Gorgeous Bird of Paradise Brooch Description: So many variations of the bird of paradise were made, this one has a textured, beaded gold and silver tone setting. His wings have black teardrop glass cabochons and the body and tail feathers have clear rhinestones. Silver tone raised beads and beaded edges conplete the setting. Sterling Bird Brooch with Rhinestones Description: It's hard to say exactly what kind of bird this is, some type of hawk maybe. He has that very regal looking head like most birds of prey with beautiful draping long tail feathers and graceful wings. The sterling silver setting has a mellow patina with four prong set rhinestones across his wings in colors of jonquil, topaz, peridot and baby blue. Jomaz White Enamel Owl Description: This owl figural has a beautifully detailed white enamel body with gold tone outlined feathers and is signed Jomaz. The tail and ears have black enamel accents. His eyes are bright turquoise cabochons with gold tone engraved circles surrounded by clear rhinestone feathers. The gold tone feet are curled around a branch and this pretty boy measures 1-3/8 x 2-3/4 tall.
