Description:Measuring a size 5-1/2 this pretty costume ring has a sterling silver setting that is not adjustable. Signed Theda, the Ideal jewelry company was founded in 1921 and is still in business. The architectural setting has an aqua blue glass stone in a tiered setting. Two r ows of 1 mm stepped marcasites lead up to the pretty blue glass stone. A single marcasite is missing from one corner but is not noticeable because the stones are so small. The face of the ring measures 1/2 x 3/4 inch tall. There is a tiny flea bite on the side of the stone as may be expected with age. The stone appears to have been polished over the years since the surface is quite smooth.

Description: Vintage 1960, the coin silver setting for this ring has a split ring band, is not adjustable and measures size 7-1/2. The setting has a twisted silver braid around the edge of the turquoise stone. One end has three 3-4 mm silver beads. An engraved silver leaf is mounted to the side of the large bezel set turquoise stone. The stone is in an elevated setting and measures 1/2 x 3/4 (or aprox 18 x 13 mm) in size. It is a dark robin egg turquoise blue color with visible matrix. A single 4 mm silver bead is tucked just under the leaf on the opposite end. I will not speculate which American Indian tribe made this ring, although based on the research I have done, it is most likely Navajo . At the widest point, the ring measures 1 inch x 1-1/4 inches tall, the band is 1/16 thick x 1/4 wide in the back center and the ring weighs 14 grams.
